The Cost of Keeping It Together

A One-Day Betrayal Trauma Workshop for Women in the East Valley

You show up.

You manage responsibilities. You make decisions. You keep things moving.

(Some days better than others.)

and still, something inside you hasn’t fully settled…

If you’re here, you’re likely someone who handles a lot… and has for a long time.

You may be more reactive than you used to be. More guarded. More tired.

Not because you’re weak.

Because your nervous system adapted after broken trust.

This betrayal trauma workshop is designed for women navigating the aftermath of betrayal, whether in a romantic relationship, family dynamic, friendship, professional setting, or other significant relationship.

You may be functioning. But functioning isn’t the same as feeling steady.

This women’s trauma intensive is to support just that.

This is a small, professionally facilitated, trauma-informed group for women who are ready to feel more secure and connected.

Each cohort is intentionally limited in size so that every participant is supported with care and attention. The structure of the day is purposeful. The pacing is thoughtful. The leadership is experienced.

We do not believe depth should feel chaotic.

We believe it should feel grounded.

This is not a lecture or educational seminar. It is not an unstructured sharing circle. It is not couples work. And it does not replace individual therapy. Instead, it is a carefully contained, experientially guided day focused on regulation, internal steadiness, and rebuilding a sense of self-trust.

You will not be put on the spot.

You will not be emotionally overwhelmed.

The container is designed to support meaningful work in a way that feels safe and responsible. Because this matters.
