A One-Day, In-Person Experiential Workshop for Women
Welcome. If you are here, something in you is ready for deeper healing.
This small-group experience is designed for women who have experienced emotional or relational hurt and are ready for deeper healing than conversation alone can offer. Through supportive connection, emotional processing, trauma-informed skill building, and psychodrama, participants will explore unresolved emotions and begin rebuilding internal trust.
This Workshop May Be Right for You If:
• You’ve experienced emotional betrayal in an intimate relationship
• You are no longer in immediate crisis but feel stuck or disconnected
• You’ve done some therapy or emotional work before
• You’re seeking integration and a reclaimed sense of self
• You value a safe, connected, non-judgmental community
This Is Not:
• Ongoing therapy
• A drop-in support group
• A class or lecture
• A surface-level conversation
This Is:
• A carefully facilitated, grounding group experience
• Emotionally focused and experiential
• Structured with grounding and nervous system regulation woven throughout the day
This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 participants to ensure depth, emotional safety, and thoughtful facilitation.
This workshop is not a substitute for therapy and is not immediate crisis support. Participants should have stable support outside of the workshop.
Because this is an emotionally-focused workshop, all participants complete a brief application form followed by a short phone call to ensure the workshop is supportive and appropriate.
